Rattle & Buzz offers standard shipping options to both domestic and international destinations. Orders are shipped from either Europe or the USA. Most orders placed through our website are shipped within 1 - 2 business days. Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow tracking numbers at least 24 hours to update. 

Please note each piece is made to order by hand, and there is always a small chance that production may take longer. 

The Average Delivery Time for Europe is: 3 to 8 business days and International 5 to 10 business days. Also depending on the shopping seasons leading up to Mothers Day and Christmas so be sure to order in plenty of time. As each item is made to order, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or offer refunds for shipment delays.

Standard Shipping Times

Once shipped, you can expect delivery within:

USA: 2 - 5 Business Days w/ Standard (1 - 3 Business Days w/ Expedited)

UK & EU: 3 - 7 Business Days

Rest of the World: 5 - 10 Business Days

How long after ordering is my package shipped?

Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days. It is usually less than 3 days during off-peak season but may be up to 5 days during peak times like Black Friday and Christmas.

Which carrier do you use?

Items from the USA are shipped with USPS.

EU Carrier

EU orders from Amsterdam are shipped with Landmark Global. They partner with many EU and worldwide carriers to provide tracked package shipping across Europe and beyond.

On average shipping to EU countries take between 3-7 business days, UK around the same. 

For international shipments your local mail carrier will handle and deliver the item once it enters your country.

Where can I find my tracking number?

When your items are shipped out, you should receive notification from us via email providing you with a tracking number.

If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, it’s okay. Contact us and we'll fix it!

What about customs fees/taxes?

We do our best to help ensure your item arrives as smoothly and quickly as possible, including labelling the package with all relevant information for customs authorities.

It's unusual for orders of 1-2 items to attract customs fees, except in countries where there is a very low or no tax-free threshold. If fees are charged by customs, they are payable by the recipient.

DELIVERY ISSUES?

Tracking not moving

For US domestic shipping, tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to start updating. If the updates stop during transit, allowing up to 5 business days will usually provide further updates.

For International shipments, once the item is showing as in transit, it will pause updates once it leaves the USA. For most countries, it'll start updating again within 12 to 15 days, usually once it has cleared customs in the destination country.

Returned to sender.

An item may be returned to sender, or it may show as delivered to our address.

In these cases, the most common reason is that the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.

You can check the tracking history to see if the carrier has indicated what the issue was, though this reason is not always accurate.

Contact us at info@rattleandbuzz.com and provide your complete shipping address, including any apartment or unit numbers to request reshipment. Re-shipments due to wrong address or missing address will be charged.

Wrong address.

Once an item has shipped, we cannot change the shipping address.

In most cases, the item will be returned to sender, and we can reship it once it's back with us. Contact us at info@rattleanddbuzz.com and provide your complete shipping address, including any apartment or unit numbers to request reshipment.

Item Not Received but Tracking Shows Delivered.

We are not liable for packages where the tracking shows as delivered. Your satisfaction is our top priority so we will work with you to try and figure out what happened. If it is proven that the package was stolen or delivered to the wrong address and after enough time has passed (at least 14 days) and thorough investigation done by the customer, only then at our sole discretion will we consider a reshipment of the same item/s.

If you received the delivery confirmation notification a short while ago, please give it a few hours then check again, sometimes the carrier scans a package as delivered even before they have physically delivered it.

Even though the tracking shows a status of “delivered”, sometimes the tracking is not correct.  it’s rare that a package is “lost”.

Another household member could have received the package and placed it somewhere within the property. Check with other household members and neighbours to see if they’ve received the package.

The package may still be in delivery or at the Post Office. Wait a few days past the “delivered” date shown on the tracking.

Unexpected Delays

In some instances, the delivery may take more time than the standard shipping times stated here. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will help resolve any situation that we have control over!
